Happy Hikers Club: Try it - Archery with Outdoor Adventure!

Join The YMCA of Central Ohio & Columbus and Franklin County Metroparks for a fun and engaging archery program! Families will learn the basics of archery, including range rules, proper stance, and aiming techniques. After the instruction, participants will have the chance to shoot a compound bow at the static archery range!

The YMCA STEM team will also be on-site, providing a special take-home mini-archery activity for families to continue the fun at home!

Details:

• Audience: All abilities are welcome; participants should be able to hold a bow for this program.
• Meet-Up Point: Scioto Grove Metro Park, Archery Range. Address: 5172 Jackson Pike, Grove City, Ohio 43123
• Rain or Shine: Yes – program will only be canceled in the event of thunder or lightning.
• What to Bring/Wear: Comfortable, flexible clothing
• Accessibility: Wheelchair and stroller-friendly
• Water Access: No running water available on-site
