Happy Hikers Club: Inclusive Playground!

Join us for a fun-filled adventure with Columbus & Franklin County Metro Parks at Blendon Woods Metro Park! We'll kick off the event with a group hike, exploring scenic trails and enjoying the beauty of nature. After our hike, kids can burn off extra energy at the playground while families relax and connect. Small snacks and water will be provided. Come ready for fun, fresh air, and great company! Don’t forget your comfy shoes and a sense of adventure. We can’t wait to see you there!

Meet Up Point: Hickory Grove Reserve Area
Rain or Shine?: Rain or shine, but may be canceled for severe weather
Recommended items to bring, things to wear, etc: May want to bring a water bottle and/or hat if hot out

Is this program in the sun, shade, or other outdoor elements?: Both sun and shade will be moving most of the time, but can take breaks in a shaded area if needed
What is the length of the hike? Approximately 1 mile, but can shorten or extend the hike
