Happy Dance is Coming
On Thursday 1st August (and the first Thursday of every month afterwards) we will be hosting our brand new happy dance session here at Ladybrook Community Centre.
This social dance session is an opportunity for people to come together with others, enjoy music played by our amazing live DJ, chat with friends and dance like nobody is watching.
Come along to a friendly, welcoming place where nobody will judge you and you can join in however you are able, including in your seats, with your mobility aids or wheelchairs or for one or two songs and having plenty of rest breaks in between!
Everyone is welcome to come along - no booking needed. Great for those who aren't able to join in with dance classes, those who don't have the confidence to go to bars or nightclubs or just those that like to have a good dance at every opportunity.
Entry is £4 (carers get in for 50% when attending with the person they care for) and refreshments will be available to purchase on the night.
