Welcome to the Happy & Healthy book club, an idea brought to life by community member, Renee' Carey.This February you’re invited to join us for a conversation in studio about The Body Keeps the Score by Dr. Bessel Van Der Kolk.

The details:
This book club is designed to happen about six times per year and be drop-in in nature, alllowing you to read the books you're excited about the skip the ones you're not!
The structure of the book club will consist of one meeting per book, once you've finished reading it. Didn’t finish reading? You’re still more than welcome to join us for the conversation.
Participants are required to supply their own reading (or listening!) materials.
In an effort to help make community wellness spaces like this one accessible to all regardless of financial background, there is no fee to participate. Those who wish to contribute to the overall operations budget of the studio may choose to make a contribution of their choice. Your continued support of the studio helps us continue to make low cost and pay-what-you-wish workshops like this one available to those
who may need them most.
