Hanukkah Yoga - Yoga with Jews

Join us on the 5th night of Hannukah for a menorah-lit celebration of resilience, belief and strength. Move your body, meet some jews, ponder your New Year, and discover the unique intersection of Jewish mysticism and yoga philosophy.

Bring a yoga mat, a menorah (if you have), water, a journal and something to write with for this candlelit warm vinyasa class with journaling and meditation. Latkes, wine and shmoozing with jews after class.

Steven Turetsky, a Denver jewish community leader and RYT-200 Yoga instructor is excited to facilitate this unique evening.
