Join us on the eighth night of Hannukah for a menorah-lit celebration of resilience, belief and strength. Move your body, meet some jews, ponder your New Year, and discover the unique intersection of Jewish mysticism and yoga philosophy.
Bring a yoga mat, a menorah (if you have), water, a journal and something to write with for this candlelight heated yoga, journaling and meditation class. And although they don't fully go together, we'll have soufganiot (donuts) and refreshments after class!
Steven Turetsky, a Denver jewish community leader and RYT-200 Yoga instructor is excited to facilitate this unique evening.
