Join us on October 28, 2023 in downtown Hannibal for the annual Halloween Parade!
Registration will begin at 5pm at Save-A-Lot parking lot with a $10 entry fee for up to 5 vehicles/floats and $5 for each additional vehicle/float.
The parade will begin at 6pm heading down Broadway and turning left onto North Main Street toward North Street.
