I had someone reach out to me so we can be able to help her & family. Please rally around one of the strongest women we know ❤️
Our family/friends are asking for support for Hannah Cota as she begins a long and difficult recovery journey after major cancer surgery.
Hannah was recently diagnosed with UPS sarcoma, and during scans doctors discovered the tumor had wrapped around her sciatic nerve. While we are incredibly thankful they were able to remove the entire tumor, part of the sciatic nerve also had to be removed, significantly affecting her ability to walk. She now faces extensive rehabilitation and a long recovery at Mayo Clinic in Rochester.
During this surgery, Hannah also underwent a hysterectomy after already surviving two previous battles with breast cancer.
Hannah is a hardworking CNA, devoted mom to her 11-year-old daughter, Amara, and loving stepmom to Aubree and Azlynn. Her girls have watched her fight through more than anyone should ever have to endure.
This family has been through more than most could imagine, and the financial burden of travel, medical expenses, rehabilitation, and time away from work will be significant during this recovery. Hannah will need extensive therapy and rehabilitation with the hope of being able to return to the career she loves caring for others.
If you are able to donate, share this post, or keep Hannah, James, Amara, Aubree, and Azlynn in your prayers, it would mean so much. Every donation — no matter the size — will help support this sweet family during another difficult chapter.
Thank you for loving this family through the hard moments.
We will donate 10% of sales plus any donations & tips.
