About this Event

Celebrating the poetry of John Burnside with song-settings by Jeremy Thurlow (In the rooms of the sea; The world in scent and touch) and songs by Maddie Melville-Smith. Acclaimed soprano Hannah Dienes-Williams with pianist Greg May.

Admission free. The recital begins at 6.30. There will also be an informal reading of some of John Burnside's poems in the chapel at 6.00: audience are welcome to come at 6 for the reading or to arrive 6.20-30 for the concert at 6.30.
