This 2-day handstand workshop is designed for everyone—from those who have never tried a handstand to athletes who want to refine their technique and gain confidence in their inversions. No experience required!

• Hand control: Build the fundamentals so your body feels stable and supported.
• Core control: Strengthen the muscles needed for balance and safe inversions.
• Proper form: Learn the key alignment cues that make handstands accessible and sustainable.
