Handstand Workshop | Tuck & Straddle

This workshop is aimed at people who already have good balance in full and might already be working on tuck and straddle and looking to advance their practice to the next level.

There will be a focus on flexibility and mobility work with partner stretching to prepare the body well.

Bryony will guide you along to bring these shapes to life and gain a better understanding of how you can continue to progress after the workshop.
