Meet Alexander Yankovsky
Alexander Yankovsky is a professional acrobat and handstand coach with more than 20 years of experience in acrobatics and over 12 years of coaching. He is known for his progressive teaching system that helps students of all backgrounds—from complete beginners to advanced practitioners—build efficient, confident handstands.
His specialty is breaking down complex skills into clear, approachable progressions, allowing students with little or no previous athletic experience to develop strong handstand technique safely and consistently.
Over the past decade, Alexander has taught workshops throughout Europe, Asia, North and South America, and Africa, helping thousands of students improve their balance, strength, body awareness, and confidence upside down.
Whether you're working toward your very first freestanding handstand, a press to handstand, or one-arm handstand skills, Alexander's coaching emphasizes strong fundamentals, intelligent progressions, and practical drills you can continue using long after the workshop ends.
