90 min of Handstand drills and conditioning with Reno Gorman, a professional hand balancer and acrobat, to help you get upside down and hit that float, straight line, press, transitions, freedom of leg movement, one-arm handstand, or whatever your handstand goal is.
This is an All-Levels style workshop, but some experience with a handstand is recommended. You should be able to kick up against a wall and hold the handstand for about 15s. **Returning members email for Phoenix discount code
