Want to learn how to do a handstand with confidence and grace? Handstand is all about conquering your fears. Join us for a 60 minute workshop Friday June 28th, 11:45am (East Location).
Learn how to step out of your own way and step forward into your own power and courage. We will look at a wide variety of ways of approaching handstand and how to fall-out of a handstand safely.
This workshop is designed for everyone! Never attempted a handstand? Practice handstands regularly but want to learn how to clean it up and take it to next level?
If the answer is yes to either of these questions, this workshop is for you! You will walk away knowing the fundamentals of handstand, how to take it to the next level, replace fear with understanding, and learn techniques to get you standing on your hands.
Space is limited and registration in advance is required $25 per person.
