Handstands are a skill anyone can learn, whether you're trying your first one or exploring new variations. Success depends on your goals, but mastering the foundations is key to that initial achievement. Handstands require ongoing skill development and can be particularly challenging. A lack of understanding of the basics, fear of falling, and other factors can slow progress. This is where spotting becomes crucial in supporting your development.Key Learnings:
➜ The essential spotting techniques to safely guide others into a handstand.
➜ Spotting techniques for various handstand shapes, as well as entries and exits, including kick-ups, straddle-ups, tuck-ups, and press handstands.
➜ Preparation for body shaping and alignment.
This workshop is suitable for all levels, including yoga teachers or instructors looking to learn spotting techniques to safely guide students in their classes.
