Learn how to build a strong handstand foundation, including alignment, developing body awareness, enhancing strength, mobility, and falling techniques. The foundational course is suitable for individuals who are brand new to handstands, as well as those with some experience but who may struggle to achieve controlled kick-ups or proper alignment. You will be guided through each step required to perform these challenging movements with precision, safety, and control.
