Join us for an incredible weekend with Kyle Weiger!! This is a 2-Day Handstand Bootcamp Nov 9-10th. Join international Handstand Coach, Kyle Weiger, for a weekend of handstanding where you'll learn (and practice) the physics and anatomy of Handstand. Kyle has over 10,000 online students and has worked with people of all skill levels. This weekend is guaranteed to give you the tools to take your balance to the next level!
Day 1 - Foundations: Lay the groundwork for your freestanding handstand with a combination of gymnastics and acrobatic techniques. This first day is all about installing good movement and mobility habits into your handstand entries, learning how to use a wall properly, and helping you arrive in a clean and stacked position with mechanical efficiency!
Day 2 - Progressions: On the 2nd day of Bootcamp, you'll learn techniques for longer endurance, a straighter line, and different handstand shapes. You'll be building on the foundations you learned in Day 1, and we'll have an informative Q&A session at the end on how to structure the perfect training regimen to advance your practice quickly.
