In partnership with American Red Cross we will be hosting a combined training of Hands-Only CPR and "Be Red Cross Ready".

Hands-Only CPR
In just 30 minutes, participants learn how to check for consciousness, call 911, and administer continuous chest compressions. This training empowers bystanders to provide life-saving care until professional help arrives.

*Please note there is no certification for this training.

Be Red Cross Ready
This presentation teaches individuals how to “Be Red Cross Ready” by following three simple steps: 1) Get a Kit, 2) Make a Plan, and 3) Be Informed. We will cover topics such as:

• Preparedness Essentials
• Preparedness forCaregivers Checklist

This is a FREE and OPTIONAL training. Hands-Only CPR does not provide a certification.
