Hands On: Tiramisù al Pistacchio

About this Class: It’s time to get your hands messy! In our hands-on format, you’ll be diving right in and making our dish with ingredients prepared by our Eataly kitchens. You will then get to enjoy the dish made in advance by our Scuola Chef, and you can take your culinary creation home with you!

About this Dish: For this nutty twist on a classic Tiramisù, ladyfingers are soaked in a pistachio-infused syrup made with real pistachio paste. Layer the pistachio-soaked ladyfingers with a rich mascarpone cream and a touch of crushed pistachios for a sweet, nutty, and indulgent dessert. In this class, you’ll assemble the Tiramisù al Pistacchio from prepared ingredients.

In this Hands-On Class You Will:

• Learn about the traditions and culture of Pistacchio Tiramisù

• Observe as our Scuola Chef teaches the group how to make Pistacchio Tiramisù

• Make your own Pistacchio Tiramisù by hand

• One ticket purchase is valid for one guest
• Seating is first-come, first-served
• Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes
• All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.
• Classes are also suitable for children 8+ who are passionate about Italian cuisine. Under 15 must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
• Please notify us 48 hours in advance if you have any dietary restrictions. If we are not notified ahead of time of any special needs, we may not be able to accommodate them.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Full payment is required at the time of booking, and all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for classes or events.

If you're booking for a group of 5–10 guests, you must give us at least 7 days’ notice (not including the day of the class) to receive a credit in the form of a coupon for a future La Scuola class or event.

For groups of 1–4 guests, a minimum of 4 days’ notice is required (again, not including the class day) to receive a credit for a future class or event.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any class due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather. If that happens, we will contact you using the email or phone number you provided and offer either a full refund or a credit for a future class.

Please note that we cannot offer credits, transfers, or refunds for last-minute illnesses, work conflicts, personal emergencies, or other situations beyond your control. However, you are welcome to send someone in your place if you can no longer attend.

If you're purchasing this class or event as a gift, please make sure the recipient is aware of this policy, as it still applies.

Credits issued for La Scuola events can only be used toward future La Scuola events and cannot be applied toward other Eataly events, store purchases, or Eataly gift cards.
