Guided by our chef instructor, you'll learn the full lifecycle of sourdough—from starter to finished loaf—while gaining the knowledge to continue baking successfully at home. Throughout the class, you'll work hands-on with dough—learning mixing, hydration, folding, and fermentation techniques that develop flavor, structure, and that signature sourdough texture. To round out the experience, guests will enjoy a chef-prepared dinner paired with wine.
