Hands-On: Risotto Asparagi e Prosecco (Date Night Edition)

About this Class: It’s time to get your hands messy! In our hands-on format, you’ll be diving right in and making our dish with ingredients prepared by our Eataly kitchens. Our Scuola Chef will prepare a curated antipasto for you to taste in the class. You then get to enjoy your culinary creation straight out of the pan!

About this Dish: Risotto is a creamy rich dish from Northern Italy. Broth is gradually added to cooking rice to create a rich, velvety dish. For Risotto Asparagi e Prosecco, we’ll top out risotto with freshly asparagus and tasty prosecco. In this class, you’ll make risotto from scratch.

In this Class You Will:

• Learn about the traditions and culture of Risotto Asparagi e Prosecco

• Observe as our Scuola Chef teaches the group how to make Risotto

• Make your own risotto

• Enjoy a menu featuring an antipasto, two glasses of wine, and your own finished RisottoAsparagi e Prosecco

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class or event due to unforeseen circumstances, inclement weather or otherwise. In the event of a class or event cancellation, we will contact you directly at the phone number or email address you have provided to offer a full refund or credit to transfer to a future class or event. While we are not able to offer credit, transfers or refunds for last-minute illnesses, work-related conflicts, personal emergencies or events beyond our control, you are always welcome to send someone in your place, as we understand that these things do happen.
