Hands-on Qlucore training sessions (19th)

There will be only one event, either November 5th or 19th. The event with the most subscriptions will be chosen. The decision will be made on October 16th.

Qlucore Omics Explorer is one of the tools available in the Single Cell Biomarker UTechS at the Institut Pasteur.

Qlucore Omics Explorer is a software package that makes statistical analysis of your datasets possible without any programming.

It is designed for bench scientists and has a highly interactive user interface without scripting.

Join this crash course so that you can start using it.

There will be two hands-on sessions - you can join either of them.

Basic training session for new users of the Qlucore software – focusing on a

· standard workflow including data import

· statistical analysis

· presentation and export of results in different plots e.g. PCA, heatmap, violin, bar plots, violin plots, and others.

· We will also look at data exploration e.g.look for new groups in your data using visualization.

Advanced training for existing users and Basic training attendees

· NEWS IN VERSION 3.10

· More statistical methods.

· Multi-omics data analysis using correlation.

· Pathway analysis using GSEA

You need to bring a laptop with the software installed to the training.

A special training license will be sent out before the training.
