Join our livestock specialist, Eric Meusch, for a hands-on workshop on poultry processing! Participants will learn methods of slaughtering, scalding, plucking and dressing birds for meat consumption. Participants will be offered opportunities to participate in these activities to enhance learning.
Children 12 and over (with parent supervision) are welcome to attend and participate.
