Hands-On: Pizza Napoletana with Rossopomodoro (Restaurant Edition)

About this Class: It’s time to get your hands messy! In our hands-on format, our Pizzaiolo will teach you how to prepare Pizza Napoletana in class. You’ll then dive right into making the recipe yourself from scratch, starting with the dough and adding your favorite toppings. You then get to enjoy your culinary creation straight out of our wood-fired oven and cooked right in front of you! For our Restaurant Edition of this class, your class will be in La Pizza & La Pasta.

About this Dish: Welcome to the world of pizza! There are many different types of pizza across Italy. One of the most famous styles of pizza, Pizza Napoletana is a round dough that is baked for only 90 seconds in a blisteringly hot wood-fired oven. The crust is tall and fluffy with a soft and chewy center. In this class, you’ll make your own pizza dough from scratch.

In this Demonstration-Style Class, You Will:

• Learn about the traditions and culture of Pizza Napoletana

• Observe as our Pizzaiolo teaches the group how to make Pizza Napoletana

• Make your own Pizza Napoletana dough from scratch by hand to dine in or take home

• Top your own Pizza Napoletana to enjoy in class
• Two beverages per person (choice of wine or beer)
• Enjoy with a fresh salad and Tiramisu

• One ticket purchase is valid for one guest

• Seating is first-come, first-served

• Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes

• All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.

• Classes are also suitable for children 8+ who are passionate about Italian cuisine. 15 and under must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
