About this Class: Join us at La Pizza and La Pasta's very own pizza counter for a hands-on dinner experience. Our head pizza maker will teach you how to prepare the perfect Pizza Napoletana. You’ll dive right in to making the recipe from scratch, starting with the dough and adding your favorite toppings. You then get to enjoy your culinary creation straight out of our wood fired oven and cooked right in front of you!
About this Dish: Welcome to the world of pizza! There are many different types of pizza across Italy. One of the most famous styles of pizza, Pizza Napoletana is a round dough that is baked for only 90 seconds in a blisteringly hot wood-fired oven. The crust is tall and fluffy with a soft and chewy center. In this class, you’ll make your own pizza dough from scratch.
In this Class You Will:
- Learn about the traditions and culture of Pizza Napoletana
- Our Pizza Chef will show you how to make and shape Pizza Napoletana
- Cook your pizza in our wood fire oven
- Enjoy a menu featuring an antipasto and wine pairing, as well as your own finished Pizza Napoletana

- One ticket purchase is valid for one guest
- Seating is first-come, first-served
- Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes
- All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.
- Classes are also suitable for children 8+ who are passionate about Italian cuisine. 15 and under must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
