Hands-On: Pizza al Padellino

It’s time to get your hands messy! In our hands-on format, you’ll be diving right in and making our featured dish with ingredients prepared by our Eataly kitchens. Our Scuola Chef will also prepare a curated antipasto for you to enjoy during the class. You’ll then get to savor your own pizza creation straight out of the oven!

About this Dish:

Welcome to the world of pizza! Across Italy, pizza comes in many forms, and Pizza al Padellino is a beloved style from Turin. Baked in small round pans, this pizza is thick, soft on the inside, and perfectly crisp on the outside. In this class, you’ll learn how to prepare the dough, layer the toppings, and bake your individual pizza in a traditional padellino pan.

In this Class You Will:

• Learn about the history and regional culture of Pizza al Padellino
• Watch a live demonstration by our Scuola Chef on preparing Pizza al Padellino
• Make your own pizza from scratch by hand and bake it in your own pan
• Enjoy a menu featuring a chef-curated antipasto, a welcome wine, and your freshly made Pizza al Padellino

Please Note:

• One ticket purchase is valid for one guest

• Seating is first-come, first-served

• Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes

• All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.

• Classes are also suitable for children 8+ who are passionate about Italian cuisine. Under 15 must be accompanied by a supervising adult.

• Please notify us 48 hours in advance if you have any dietary restrictions. If we are not notified ahead of time of any special needs, we may not be able to accommodate them.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Full payment is required at the time of booking, and all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for classes or events.

If you're booking for a group of 5–10 guests, you must give us at least 7 days’ notice (not including the day of the class) to receive a credit in the form of a coupon for a future La Scuola class or event.

For groups of 1–4 guests, a minimum of 4 days’ notice is required (again, not including the class day) to receive a credit for a future class or event.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any class due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather. If that happens, we will contact you using the email or phone number you provided and offer either a full refund or a credit for a future class.

Please note that we cannot offer credits, transfers, or refunds for last-minute illnesses, work conflicts, personal emergencies, or other situations beyond your control. However, you are welcome to send someone in your place if you can no longer attend.

If you're purchasing this class or event as a gift, please make sure the recipient is aware of this policy, as it still applies.

Credits issued for La Scuola events can only be used toward future La Scuola events and cannot be applied toward other Eataly events, store purchases, or Eataly gift cards.
