Hands-On Southern Italian Pasta Workshop

Join Chef Laurie Boucher for a fun, hands-on workshop where you'll learn the art of traditional southern Italian hand-formed pasta—no prior pasta-making experience required!

Chef Laurie will demonstrate how traditional southern Italian pasta dough is made before guiding you step-by-step as you transform pre-prepared dough into beautiful regional pasta shapes using your hands and a few simple tools. No pasta machine or special equipment is required.

At the end of class, you'll take home approximately 8 ounces of fresh pasta (two servings), along with cooking and storage instructions.

Your ticket includes one complimentary beverage from Checkerspot Brewing Company; additional beverages will be available for purchase.

Chef Laurie Boucher (@baltimorehomecook) is the owner of Pasta Made Simple and former pasta chef at Café Campli. She specializes in private pasta parties, group classes, and hands-on pasta-making experiences.

No prior pasta making experience necessary.

This class will include a dough making demonstration by Chef Laurie.

Chef Laurie will demonstrate how to form a variety of southern hand formed shapes, and you will then transform your own dough into those beautiful pasta shapes.

The pasta you make will create two portions of pasta (8oz) which will be packaged to go at the end of class.

Cooking and storing instructions included for each participant.
