About this Class: It’s time to get your hands messy! In our hands-on format, our Scuola Chef will prepare the signature dish for you to taste in class. You’ll then dive right in to making the recipe yourself from scratch. Take your culinary creation with you at the end of class and enjoy your own hard work at home! About this Dish: Gnocchi are the traditional Italian form of dumplings made with flour and potatoes. In this decadent dish, we’ll toss the gnocchi in a rich truffle sauce, the perfect dish to elevate your holiday meal and savor a luxurious Italian ingredient.

In this Class You Will:

• Learn about the traditions and culture of Italian truffles

• Observe as our Scuola Instructor teaches the group how to make Gnocchi al Burro e Tartufo

• Make your own potato gnocchi by hand

• Enjoy a menu featuring an antipasto and wine pairing
