About this Event

About this Class: It’s time to get your hands messy! In our hands-on format, you'll dive right in to making the recipe from scratch. Our Scuola Chef will then prepare the signature dish for you to taste in class. Take your culinary creation with you at the end of class and enjoy your own hard work at home!

About this Dish: This ultra-decadent dish is dates back to 1908 in Rome, when Alfredo Di Lelio made an extra buttery version of pasta al burro for his wife. He then added the dish to his menu at Alfredo alla Scrofa, and the world grew to love Fettuccine Alfredo.

In this Class You Will:

  • Learn about the traditions and culture of Fettucine Alfredo
  • Observe as our Scuola Chef teaches the group how to make Fettuccine Alfredo
  • Make your own fettucine from scratch by hand
  • Enjoy a menu featuring an antipasto, two glasses of wine, and Fettuccine Alfredo prepared by our Chef
