Hands-on Charcuterie Class

From selecting the finest cured meats and artisan cheeses to pairing them with complementary accompaniments like fresh fruits, nuts, and gourmet condiments, you'll learn the ins and outs of building a charcuterie masterpiece that will impress even the most discerning palate.

But our charcuterie journey doesn't stop there. We'll also explore the art of presentation, teaching you how to arrange your charcuterie board with precision and style, transforming it into a feast for the eyes as well as the taste buds.

-Doors open at 5:30 pm with class beginning promptly at 6:00 pm

- Wine & beer service will be available during the event. First glass of wine or beer is free!

- Classes must meet a minimum of 10 reservations. We reserve the right to cancel and undersold classes will be rescheduled. In the case of cancellation, reservation fees will be refunded within 24 hours.
