Hands On Bobs w/ Krista Deprey LIVE @ The Network Salon

Class Description

At our two part class BOTH demo and hands on on class with Krista Deprey, you will leave with the knowledge and execution you need to create bob haircuts with confidence. We will be discussing the key aspects of creating a perfect bob look, such as consultation, texture evaluation and suitability, and tips on working with a razor vs. scissor. I’ll be demoing on two live models, 2 different bob cuts with styling.

In the afternoon, we will be cutting hands on together!

Class Schedule:

9:30 - Doors Open: Show up early to shop and hang out with your Mastermind Family!

10:00 - Demo Start: Krista will show you her first demo on a live model. She will show you how to cut a longer bob and go through the entire process from start to finish.

11:30 - Demo Break: Take a quick break and network with your hair besties, take photos of our first model and ask Krista your questions as she gets ready for her next demo.

11:45 - Demo Start: Krista will walk you through cutting a shorter bob and take you through the process from start to finish.

1:15 - Lunch: Enjoy

2:00 - Hands on Start: After lunch, it's your time to practice everything you have learned during the demo! This class is small, intimate and limited to only ten attendees, Krista will be spending quality time with each student to ensure they have mastered the techniques. You will have the opportunity to cut a long bob and then take it up to a shorter bob. The Pivot Point doll head (provided) you will be working on is high quality, ethically sourced and will be easy to practice on as it mimics an actual human head.

6:00 Class ends, get your photo with Krista and head out!

About Krista:

Krista Deprey has been in education for most of her 15 year career in the beauty industry. From the very beginning, she knew her passion was hair cutting, and credits her strong cutting skills from having a solid foundational understanding. Krista is known currently for her textured, “effortlessly cool tailored haircuts”. From shag mullets to piecey pixies, she loves all things hair cutting. Her passion, patience and experience in working with all levels of stylists is what makes her classes and haircutting coaching valuable.

Rules:

• You must have all tools to participate in hands on class. Please do not show up empty handed! We do not have additional tripods or tools and cannot lend them out.
• All guests must wear a mask during the entire event unless they are eating or drinking. If you have to be reminded about your mask more than one time you will be asked to leave with no refund. We take safety for our guests very seriously and will not ask you more than one time to put a mask on.
• Every guest will be required to sign a COVID-19 release form when they enter the building releasing the salon of any liabilities.
• If you are experiencing Covid-19 symptoms please do not come to the event. We will give you a full refund if you cannot make it do to a COVID exposure or if you are experiencing symptoms. We ask all guests to understand that we are at 50% capacity and it kills us to have last minute cancellations. Please do not use this policy to cancel last minute for other reasons besides COVID.
