About Allison:
Allison is a seasoned movement educator with over 20 years of teaching experience. With a 500-hour certification and an academic background in Kinesiology, she brings a unique blend of scientific insight and practical expertise into every class she leads. Over the past decade, Allison has dedicated herself to training teachers, offering comprehensive programs that bridge the gap between theoretical understanding and practical application.
As the founder of a school registered with the Yoga Alliance and a qualified Continuing Education Provider, Allison’s programs are held to the highest professional standards. She specializes in guiding practitioners and teachers alike toward a deeper understanding of the body’s mechanics, focusing on the subtleties of movement, alignment, and integration.
She currently resides and teaches full time in Ottawa, Ontario. Her and her partner balance a busy life with twin boys and a dog at home. When she has some down time, you'll find her climbing rock faces in the beautiful Ontario landscapes or hanging out by a body of water.
