Join Naomi for an immersive, hands-on workshop designed to help yoga teachers refine their assist techniques and elevate the student experience. This session will guide you through different types of hands-on assists, when to apply them, and how to connect with students while ensuring their safety. Earning you 2 CEUs, the workshop will cover key areas such as therapeutic, opening, stabilizing and positioning assists, as well as verbal cues, centering and building trust with students.Participants will be able to practice giving assists in a group setting, receiving personalized feedback from Naomi and fellow practitioners.
