Learn how to mix, shape and prepare arancini in this unique, hands-on class. The epitome of southern Italian street food, these small risotto balls are stuffed with mozzarella and peas, dredged in breadcrumbs, and deep fried. The resulting arancini — named for the "little oranges" that they resemble — explode with each crunchy, cheese-filled bite.
In this class, our chef will teach you how to make an arancini ball and bread it. Guests will take home what they make in class to fry at home. After the hands-on portion of the class, you will be able to enjoy an arancini demo by the chef and taste what they make alongside a glass of Prosecco or N/A beverage. Guests will also receive an antipasto tasting while watching the demo.

- Class includes a hands-on activity, and the activity is done at a standing table.
- Check-in starts 10 minutes before the start of class.
- All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
