Hands-On: Agnolotti al Burro al Tartufo

It’s time to get your hands messy! In our hands-on format, you’ll be diving right in and making our dish with ingredients prepared by our Eataly kitchens. Our Scuola Chef will prepare a curated antipasto for you to taste in the class. You then get to enjoy your culinary creation straight out of the stove!

About this Dish: Agnolotti come from Piemonte and are often thought of as the first stuffed pasta in northern Italy. This recipe is extra decadent with a burro al tartufo (truffle butter) sauce. In this class, you’ll shape your own agnolotti.

In this Class You Will:

• Learn about the traditions and culture of Agnolotti al Burro al Tartufo

• Observe as our Scuola Chef teaches the group how to make Agnolotti al Burro al Tartufo

• Enjoy a menu featuring an antipasto and wine pairing, as well as your own finished Agnolotti al Burro al Tartufo

• Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes

• All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.

• Classes are also suitable for children 8+ who are passionate about Italian cuisine. 15 and under must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
