Hands of Hope: An Evening of Compassion

Hands of Hope is a fundraising gala dinner planned and hosted by Inspire alumni, rooted in lived experience and a shared commitment to orphan care.

Last August, this group volunteered abroad in Türkiye, working closely with orphaned children and witnessing both their challenges and resilience. That experience left a lasting impact. Upon returning to Canada, the alumni were inspired to transform what they learned into action—creating a grand evening dedicated to raising funds and awareness for orphan care and the Inspire program.

The goal of Hands of Hope is to bring the community together to uplift orphans through collective generosity and awareness.

All funds raised through ticket sales and during the event will go directly toward Islamic Relief Canada’s Orphan Care Program, helping provide vulnerable children with essential care, stability, and long-term support. Through this evening, we hope to not only raise funds, but also deepen understanding of the importance of sustained orphan care and the role young leaders can play in global humanitarian work.
