Hands - Head - Heart | Workshop | Brisbane Improv Festival 2026
About this Event
Hands - Head - Heart
Presented by Lê Kim Thanh - The Improv Hub (Hanoi, Vietnam) as part of the Brisbane Improv Festival 2026.
Being on stage can feel overwhelming. You might catch yourself wondering: What should I do with my body? What should I say? What should I feel?
You don’t have to figure everything out at once. Your hands, head, and heart already know how to work together. This workshop offers simple, playful ways to let one clear idea show up through your movement, thinking, or emotions. Through guided exercises, you’ll practice trusting one part of yourself at a time, allowing you to relax, truly listen, and discover that powerful improv comes from doing less and being honest.
Workshop Length: 3 hours
Recommended experience level: Beginner (less than 12 months experience)
