How to use your body weight and forearms to deliver a powerful but highly therapeutic massage to your clients
Using the knuckles and elbows to release tension
How to use your posture to boost your massage techniques and protect your hands
A selection to massage techniques suitable a range of different clients
Using hands free techniques in seated massage
