A high level specialized acro event built by Hands Free nerds, for Hands Free nerds.
During this 5-day festival, the world’s most hands-free-obsessed teachers come together and share their craft, from foundational principles to transitions that seem impossible. Think mono hands-free reverse star… before breakfast.
Expect skills that are badass and elegant, delivered with advanced technique, intelligent progressions, and deep practice methodology. This isn’t just about tricks, it’s about embodiment and understanding.
You will leave the festival with the foundations for a sustainable hands free practice, and a list of no-longer impossible tricks to explore.

Why Hands Free?
The Hands Free Acro Festival is the first of its kind, an event devoted entirely to hands-free acro, to celebrate what happens when you take the hands (or non essential points of contact) out of the equation.
Without hands, everything gets more interesting. Balance gets more subtle, listening gets sharper, tiny shifts of weight suddenly matter a lot, calibration steps up another level, your practice turns more meditative.
It’s challenging, precise and really fun. We’re obsessed with it… and we think you might be too.
