There’s nothing so delicious as fresh pasta, and creating it yourself.
Learn how to make the perfect pasta dough and then transform it into beautiful noodles, Fettuccine and Pappardelle. While your pasta dough is resting, your Chef Instructor will demo how to make two different pasta sauces from scratch: Creamy Mushroom and a classic Ragu.
Then we'll learn the traditional way of flattening out the dough until it can be shaped and cut into perfect ribbons. Once your pasta noodles are cooked in boiling water, you will be able to sit down and enjoy your pasta paired with each sauce. Sit back, relax, and enjoy tasting your handmade creation.
