Handmade Holigays will be on Saturday, December 20th at Queermunity from 12-6pm. This is a community focused event, and will be more than just a market!
❄️ 20 local artists who all identify as LGBT+, BIPOC, &/or disabled, and whose holiday season would be greatly impacted by your support!
❄️Barter & Trade Friendly: When vendors & customers alike arrive, you will have the option to wear a colored wristband to indicate that you are open to bartering & trading. Vendors can still sell as regularly while using the wristband, and they have the right to turn down or negotiate any offers!
❄️Sliding Scale Skill Shares & Classes: The Clay Pit, MNBakes And Cakes, Bruhadacity, and other wonderful artist educators will be offering classes. More solid schedule coming soon~
❄️The Wrapping Room (Free!) A comfortable room with everything anyone would need to wrap presents alongside chill wintery rap, jazz, and r&b.
❄️Give & Take Tables: A dedicated space for food, toys, clean clothes, books, hygiene products, etc. Folks can bring donations and peruse to find things for themselves, too. Donation dropoff info coming soon!
The vendor application is open until 11/20 and is available to everyone on the ModesittMarkets Signup. To join the signup, please follow the link in our bio :) We are specifically seeking more BIPOC artists to join this event!
