About this Event

Did you know that approximately 6.5 BILLION greeting cards are purchased every year in the United States? This holiday season, rather than purchasing your greeting cards, why not create your own?

Whether you celebrate Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, or other holidays, ACR is sure to have the perfect materials that speak to you! Peruse our bucket section to choose papers, stickers and embellishments to personalize your cards for each recipient. The purchase of your ticket gets you enough materials to make 4-5 cards.

Once you've picked out your supplies, ACR volunteer, Audrey, will lead participants through a card making adventure! She'll show you how to let the materials guide your creativity, while gaining confidence in making your own cards at the same time!

This workshop is appropriate for ages 10 and up. Minors must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.

Artist Bio:

Audrey is a retired computer engineer who has been crafting since she was 8 years old. She has taught classes at Picture It in Cedar Park and has been making her own cards for over 20 years. As an avid quilter, combining paper patterns comes naturally to her.

You can find more of her work at @romonosk
