Rejection can feel deeply personal.

It can make us:

• question ourselves
• hold back
• or stop going after what we want altogether

But what if rejection wasn’t something to avoid…
and instead something to understand?

This workshop explores how to shift your relationship with rejection — so it no longer knocks you off centre.

Instead of shutting down or overcompensating, you’ll learn how to stay grounded, open, and connected to yourself.

In this session, we’ll explore:

• how rejection shows up in the body and nervous system
• why it can feel so intense (even in small moments)
• common patterns: people-pleasing, withdrawal, over-explaining
• how to build resilience and self-trust
• reframing rejection as redirection, not failure

This is a practical, grounded session designed to support real-life situations — dating, relationships, work, and everyday interactions.

• Guided exercises (solo and optional partner work)
• Practical tools for staying steady in real-life situations

We’ll close with:
• integration and reflection
• space for questions

• Comfortable clothing
• A bottle of water

The studio is located near Bad Coffee in Hackney Wick.

From there:

• Head left and you’ll see a car park
• Walk all the way to the end of the car park
• You’ll find a set of external stairs
• The studio is on the first floor
