Handbuilt Ceramic Canister ✨Join us at The Makery for a hands-on pottery experience where you’ll create your own ceramic canister—perfect for storing coffee, sugar, or little everyday treasures.
In this class, you’ll learn foundational handbuilding techniques to shape and construct your piece from clay, adding your own personal touches along the way. No experience needed—we’ll guide you step-by-step in a relaxed, creative environment.
After class, your canister will stay at the studio to slowly dry before being fired in the kiln. Once it’s ready, we’ll reach out and invite you back to glaze your piece during open studio hours at your convenience. After the final glaze firing, your finished canister will be ready for pickup.
