About this Event
The Method We start on the mat, using a Mat Pilates Powerhouse hybrid circut to prime the serratus, deep transversus abdominis, and glutes.
Once the "inner architecture" is fired up, we transition into the Hovr phase: a series of progressive inversions, weight-shifting drills, and float-transitions.
You’ll learn to stop "kicking up" and start "lifting up," finding that elusive moment of stillness where the body feels completely weightless.
