Join us for hybrid training sessions built around strength, endurance, and race prep for HYROX, DEKA, OCR, and running events.
Each session is 90 minutes, coached, and designed for all fitness levels—from first-timers to competitive athletes.
Training Dates (Sundays | 8:00–9:30 AM):

✔️ May 3, 24, 31
✔️ June 14, 28
Includes structured programming, coach support, and a strong team environment.
Pay for all workouts -or- pay a drop-in fee
