Hand Rolled Sushi - In Person Cooking Class (@DidYouKhado)

Learn how to spread, layer, tuck and roll your way to sushi heaven. In this fun, hands-on, social class you’ll learn all the skills needed to make fish-free sushi rolls at home, including how to prepare sushi rice and add additional tasty neta (ingredients) to enhance your dining experience. You’ll learn the difference between Nigiri Sushi, Sushi Roll, Hand Roll, and Chirashi Sushi.

Our chef instructor will teach you how to make sushi rice and demonstrate two types of sushi rolls (which you will make yourself): Maki Roll and California Roll.

No experience is required! All equipment and ingredients will be provided. Our events are casual and meant to be fun, relaxing and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting. Guests are welcome to BYOB.
