Hand Rolled Pasta and Italian Wine

Join us for a fun, delicious evening and explore the art of making pasta from scratch. In this interactive class, you'll master the technique you'll need to prepare, roll, and present scratch made pasta like a true professional. Together we'll make Handmade Pasta, Filled Ravioli, and Pesto Alla Siciliana. Guests 21 and over will enjoy a pairing of Italian wine with dinner. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be provided.

About the Location

This class will be held at our teaching kitchen located at 1484 South State Street in Salt Lake City. Included with your class are recipes, ingredients, and tools required. Closed toe shoes and appropriate attire is required for the class. There is no minimum experience required.

Street parking is available.
