Hand Drip Coffee Brewing Workshop
About this Event
In the 105-minute session, you will learn the basics of coffee brewing, brewing a few of our house-roasted blends and single origins, and be able to describe coffees using aroma and flavor descriptors used by coffee professionals. Brewing kits will be prepared for every participant.
The workshop will feature:
- Introduction to Coffee Drippers and basic equipment
- Hand-drip coffee demonstration
- Pourover practice trial
After the workshop, you can get:

* The 105-minute course will be conducted in Cantonese.
* Participants must be aged 15 or above.* The registration deadline for each workshop is 7 days prior to the class commencing date. 100% class fee will be charged for all cancellations with less than 7 days notice.
* Minimum 6 pax to start; maximum 10 pax per class. Participants will be arranged in another class or be fully refunded if we do not meet the minimum number of participants.
* If the class is cancelled, participants will receive a full refund within 5-10 working days.
* NOC Hong Kong Ltd. shall notify participants of special arrangements for any inclement weather.

* 每場工作坊的截止日期為開班前的7天。參加者如在開班前的 7 天內取消課堂 ，已繳之費用將不獲退回
* 每班最少 6 人，最多 10 人。如工作坊報名人數少於 6 人，該課堂將會自動取消。參加者可選擇更改課堂或退款
* 如工作坊需被取消，參與者將獲得全額退款（需時 5 - 10 個工作天）
* 如因特別天氣問題而作課堂更改，NOC Hong Kong Ltd.將個別通知參加者並作出相應安排
