We're so excited to launch HAMSA: Honouring and Affirming Mizrahi and Sepharadi Ancestry. Please join us for our inaugural event to participate in havdallah, a ritual used to seperate Shabbat from the rest of the week. We will share more about our vision for HAMSA, sing and snack, and begin building community across non-Ashkenazi Jewish backgrounds and experiences. [We're hoping to highlight various Mizrahi and Sepharadi Jewish communities and traditions across our programming. This event will feature a Moroccan Havdallah, led by Shemm Boker.
